{Kushyfoot Athletic Socks}

Kushyfoot offers socks, foot covers, toe covers, and tights that use the principles of reflexology to massage your feet with every step. The padded/wavy design cushions your feet in your shoes.

I got a chance to try some of their athletic styles – the Ruffle Low Cut Sock, and the Tonal Diamond Motif Quarter Sock with padded soles. I normally don’t wear low cut socks, but I have to admit, I love these! They are comfortable and stylish. The socks add padding to the bottom of your foot without feeling bulky and are awesome to workout in. They are soft and comfortable.

I also got a chance to try the new Kushyfoot yoga socks. They are toeless socks that have grip material on the bottoms. Kushy foot says they “give wearers the best every world, with fabric for warmth and support, attractively-designed–anti-skid bottoms for security, and a hole in each for ease of movement and direct toe contact with the floor or equipment. They say that these are also a great pedicure sock (haven‘t had time to try that yet though).

{FRAAS wrap}

When I was out the other evening, I was noticing how popular scarves and wraps are becoming.  I think the reason that so many people are wearing them is that they make an outfit look chic and complete.

FRAAS has a great new line of lightweight linen, wool, and viscose scarves and wraps in beautiful colors for Spring and Summer.I got the opportunity to try one of their viscose wraps.  It’s very pretty, lightweight, and is super soft.  I love the feel of it! The wrap is light enough to wear in warm weather, but would also add a bit of warmth on a cooler evening.  It measures 24 x 80 inches.  Mine is a beautiful turquoise color, but they also come in camel, buttercup, apple, light pink, red, white, lavender, light blue, orange, and black.

{Smushees Footwear}

Grandoe’s (the maker of Smushees) motto is “think different” and their mission is to “enhance peoples’ comfort and enjoyment of life.” I recently go the opportunity to try a pair of their Sumushee’s flip flops and they live up to their motto and their mission. They are different than any flip flop I’ve worn before, they are definitely comfortable. 

Smushees contain polystyrene micro-beads to help them conform to your foot as you walk making them very comfortable. They are lightweight and very cushioned. They have an indoor/outdoor sole and are covered with a soft fabric.  They come in six fun summer colors: Hot Pink, Lemon, Grass, Turquoise, Black, and Tangerine.

{Warner’s "This is Not a Bra" }

I was not initially excited by the “This is Not a Bra” Full Coverage Underwire Bra from Warner’s. When I saw it on the hanger, it had a somewhat bulky look to me. However, I had heard great things about how comfortable it is. The most important thing that I look for in a bra is comfort so I was willing to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! It is VERY comfortable and not at all bulky. (It even looks great under a tight t-shirt.)


The “This is not a Bra” bra uses the “Satin Comfort Underwire System” The wire is covered in satin padding to keep it from digging in. You get the support and shaping of an underwire bra with the comfort of wire-free. Love it. Another thing that definitely adds to the comfort is the silky-soft feeling fabric that this bra is made of.

It has molded cups with light graduated foam padding. It has seamless cups so it looks smooth under clothing and is great to wear with a t-shirt or tank top. The Warner’s site shows black, almond, and white. However, online I did find some other trendy color choices.

Overall, I’m very happy with the “This is Not a Bra” and I’m looking forward to trying the This is Not a Bra™ Customized Lift Underwire bra which has the same Comfort Wire System, but has some pretty lace details.

{Myah Bee Bowtique Tutu Set} +Giveaway

{Mo’Bella Boutique}

Spring and Summer are finally on the way. And with the warmer temps we are so excited about getting some new spring and summer styles for the kids. My girls both love wearing dresses. Finding ones that are affordable but also durable is what matters most to me. For them they have to be cute, fresh and fun and totally wearable. My daughter has a new dress from Mo’Bella and it is exactly what I look for in a dress. Soft, durable, and easy to care for are a few reasons why I love this dress. It has been hand crafted with designer fabrics with the softest ribbed cotton.

Any of their dresses would be perfect for Spring and Summer. They also have some of the cutest Tunic sets available that have the same detail and amazing fabrics as the dresses. Also available are some cute hair accessories that would complete the look . I could not be happier with the Peyton dress my daughter has. It is really easy to care for, came packaged beautifully and is full of great detail as well as being affordable!

{Pink Chicken}

With spring fast approaching it is that time again to get the kids some new spring and summer styles. I love shopping online for my kids. You can really get so many different things that I often cannot find in person. Shopping for my girls is so much fun and the clothes are certainly much more fun then when I was a kid. They are not picky, but as mom I often look for durable stylish clothes that can endure all that my kids will put them through.

My daughter received a pair of really cute and fun leggings from Pink Chicken. I love the simple striped print and it was so easy to find other great pieces to match them. Among their cute leggings and tops they have an energetic and hip selection of dresses that would be perfect for this spring. I love that their items are easy to care for and that they are affordable. Their pieces would be so easy to mix and match to come up with more fresh and fun styles.

{Just Jen – Rhinestone Fashions}

I love shirts that are unique and beautiful and was thrilled to find Just Jen. Just Jen offers lots of styles of beautiful rhinestone fashions. They have women’s t-shirts, girls t-shirts, a bridal shop, and lots more. (They even provided the bride sweatsuits for the wedding party seen in the show “The Bachelor: Jason and Molly’s Wedding”)
 

Their rhinestone t-shirts, sweats, caps and more are made with high-quality Swarovski crystal rhinestones which reflect the light really well and are very pretty. In taking a picture of my shirt, I kept getting little light spots showing up all over the picture and couldn’t figure out why. Turns out, it was the rhinestones reflecting the light onto the lens (yes, they are that sparkly!)  I finally got the light and angle worked out to get a photo so you can see it:
 
You can get premade designs, personalized designs, or totally custom designs on shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, aprons, caps, and more. I chose the pre-made Jagged heart design and chose a black tank top. I absolutely love it. It was neat being able to pick the design, style of shirt (11 choices), and the color of the shirt (10 choices). With all the options, even the pre-made design felt very custom.  It came in a nice organza bag, the shirt is nice quality, arrived quickly, and the rhinestones are absolutely beautiful. You do want to make sure to look at the size charts. I normally wear a medium, but ordered a large based on their size chart and it fits great.
Their shirts would be awesome for special occasions or even just to wear and feel special. They have lots of design categories including: holiday, animals, peace signs, cowgirl, cheer leading, poker, big-sister, maternity designs and many more.

Marika Magic Uplift Sports Bra

Workout clothes that are comfortable, trendy, and help you look good?  Believe it or not, it is possible. The latest trend in workout wear is shape enhancing active wear that can help you look better (and feel better about how you look) before you even get to the gym.  And when you are feeling good, it’s so much easier to workout.  I was very excited to find Marika fitness.

I try to avoid working out in sweats and a baggy t-shirt because even though it’s comfortable, it makes me feel yucky, and who wants to exercise when they feel yucky?  But it can be hard to find workout wear that covers enough so you can workout comfortably and flatters your figure at the same time. 
Marika has a great new line of workout wear called Marika Magic.  Its workout wear that is functional and stylish to help you look great and feel comfortable during a workout. Great workout wear can help you look nicer and feel more confident so you can feel good about getting in the gym and getting in shape.

I recently got a chance to try the Marika Magic Uplift Sports Bra (pictured, above left) in their Black Crystal pattern and I love it. Its supportive but is also comfortable and lets you move.  It’s got Coolmax lining for moisture control and removable pads to help add shape.  My favorite feature is the adjustable fit sides.  You can adjust each side to make it snug without being uncomfortable. Love that.  It comes in several basic solid colors and a couple of nice prints.  They also have coordinating tummy control tees, tanks, leggings, and pants that are totally cute.

Who doesn’t love it when the guys in their life look great? We recently discovered great clothing company for men and boys called 191 Unlimited. They offer stylish well made clothing for men including shirts, jackets, ties, fedoras, and blazers.  And they also have 191Kids which has stylish shirts for boys. (Their website says that they will soon be expanding to a full collection for boys in the near future.)

I love the origin of the name. The company was founded in 2002 and is called 191 because the owners took $191 to the casino and turned it into enough money to launch their first 191 Unlimited collection. How cool is that?  After the success of their men’s line of clothing, 191 fans were asking for boys sizes so they began making boys sizes as well.
191 says that they design clothes with these principles in mind: Awesome Fit, Extreme Comfort, Innovative Detailing, and Affordability.  In our experience that’s definately true. My son loves wearing his shirt and looks so handsome in it!  191 shirts are trendy and stylish and the fabric is very nice quality.
